Forge on the Falls Event Planners

Wedding planning is not included but we do require for events with 75 guest or more that you hire a planner. 

 

We began as wedding planners, Florist, Event Designers and Caterers, which is what led us to want to open our own venue! We require that all weddings at The Forge hire a professional coordinator and promise you won't be sorry. We love serving as the  coordinators for the weddings at The Forge since we know all the ins and outs of the space!

 

This also allows us complete flexibility when scheduling walkthroughs and we share with you all previous wedding layouts and ideas from past couples. That being said, if we do not match your style, personality, budget or are not available on your wedding date, you are more than welcome to hire an outside wedding planner/coordinator. If you choose to hire a coordinator from an outside company, we will still have one staff member on-site but they will only be responsible for building related items (bathrooms, doors and securtity, etc.) and not anything regarding vendor communication, layout, timeline, decor, etc. We love working with other planners as well who bring in a fresh vision to the space. We have a list of pre-approved planners we are happy to share with you. Below is our most common package.

Wedding Management
$2,500

Whenever you are ready!

  • Initial "get-to-know-you" coffee date

  • Forge on the Falls planning checklist

  • Preferred Vendors list

  • Accompaniment to one vendor meeting (recommended rental selection)

  • Unlimited calls and email throughout


1-2 Months Prior to Wedding Day

  • Creation of minute-by-minute timeline

  • Walk-through of the venue to finalize layout

  • Distribution of final details to vendors and detailed review with DJ/band, caterer and photographer​

  • Review final rental order based on final guest count

​Wedding Week!

  • Decor drop off and final "no-stress" meeting (review of final timeline, layout and decor set up)

  • Coordination of the ceremony rehearsal

  • Full day-of coordination (2 day-of coordinators) for the couple, family, wedding party and vendors. Including but not limited to:

    • Overseeing timeline and transitions to ensure the day feels seamless to the couple, their families wedding party, guests ​and vendors​

    • Serving as a "personal assistant" to the couple throughout the night 

    • Emergency kit on hand

    • Taking care of any surprises :)
